Costs associated with re-certification may vary depending on size and quantity of diamonds. This cost will be billed to you before an exchange is processed.

Items purchased from our website come with a seven-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the Item and receive a full refund. Items that are returned must be undamaged and in the same condition as received to qualify for a refund. Pictures of each item are taken before shipping to ensure accuracy. A $150 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from payment associated with items returned for a refund.
